All, including the Delhi Police Commissioner and the SHO of Civil
Lines Police Station,

A short while ago there was a knock on the door. A policeman and a
policewoman were there with two hotel staff and another man in plain
clothes who was staying out of sight. The policeman in uniform refused
to identify himself. The policewoman was not wearing her name badge.

The policeman first falsely claimed that the hotel had complained I
had not eaten for 4 days.

Yesterday Sachi delivered me canned food at my request and insisted on
the attached declaration. I cannot eat at the restaurant because the
hotel will lock me out if I leave the room. The hotel has effectively
imprisoned me.

Then the policeman asked me why i was not vacating. I told him about
the fracture. He saw me in a wheelchair.

Court orders directing the police commissioner to protect me are attached.

It is clear that hotel management are staff are involved in targeting
me and unidentified policemen were used for this purpose.

The hotel deliberately lied that I had not eaten. The hotel did not
inform these policemen about my complaints.

The police is not complying with Delhi High Court protection orders.

I have paid for 9 to 18 June and the hotel has not raised further
bills but is pressuring me to leave. Puneet Narula can collect a
further RS 20000 on account from my room and give me a receipt.


An FIR must be registered against the policemen in the attached
pictures and hotel staff involved.

The policeman tried to attack me and snatch my phone when I clicked
these pictures.
