My life is in grave danger because of the attempted cover up by Delhi High Court Judges Valmiki Mejta and P S Teji of my corruption complaints against General Electric Company former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Montek Singh Ahluwalia.
I continue to be targeted with poisonous chemical fumes and gases and attempts to drug me continue.
I once again request for witness protection from the United States; government as the Indian State has failed to protect me.

Why dont you allow my comments to be seen on your blog? Why not accept fair criticism? Are you afraid you'll be exposed as a liar that you are.
The DHC judgement is a perfect example of misuse of Judicial time by goo-for-nothing lawyers like you. It's because of people like you that most "Aam Aadmis" like us aren't able to get speedy justice.
I'm pretty sure SC won't hear your case. Then what?
I've always believed that you had a good case. But you must stop this constant bickering about danger to your life - which quite frankly doesnt look so. You would have died long back due to expose to such chemicals had that been the case.
Nevertheless, if you're so clean, as you claim to be - why not fight a proper Corruption case on merits.

From your long submissions in DHC - it also seems that you're no good at drafting either. You can hire a good lawyer who can represent you in court.
Being an alumni of St Stephens, dont bring a bad name to that institution. Fight a proper case.

Writ Petition Civil 1280/2012 has been dismissed by Judges Valmiki Mehta and Teji by judgement dated 3 March 2015. This judgment is completely contrary to the court record and has no legs to stand on. It is a clear case of a corrupt judicial cover-up of the corruption complaints against General Electric Company. It also covers up the fraud played by General Electric Company on the Delhi High Court where one K R Radhakrishnan was used to impersonate as authorized signatory of General Electric Company using fraudulent and invalid authority documents.
A copy of this "judgement" is attached.
As a result of this the threat to my life has substantially increased and I once again request for witness protection from the United States government. It is now clear that the Indian State will not protect me.
The court record in my corruption case against General Electric Company is attached as are audio recordings of some court hearings which provide evidence of judicial corruption in this matter.
Meanwhile I was contemplating not taking this matter further.
However, I am still being targeted and some kind of pesticide/ toxic chemical fumes are being released into my current accommodation since around 1 am.
